The United Church Thrift Shop, operated by the Women's Christian Service Society (WCSS), is open for shoppers on Wednesdays from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm.  We accept donations of gently used and clean clothes, linens, housewares, jewelry, shoes, toys and children's books.  We regret we cannot accept large appliances, furniture, books or VHS tapes.  Donations may be dropped off any time at the bins near the door at the lower level of Craig Hall.

The United Church of Los Alamos supports many different missions - local, national and international.  In addition to budgeted missions support (including denominational missions), we receive periodic special offerings, and disaster relief funds, which are often administered through Church World Service.  Special projects include making pillowcase dresses for children in Africa.
